SRI DURGA CONDEV PVT. LTD. was basically a classified entrepreneur with multiple business units in the State of Orissa named as “SRI DURGA CONSTRUCTION” since over 32 years. The rise in magnitude of (1) Civil Construction Contract Packages (2) Annual Turnover (3) Movable and Immovable Assets (4) Various contract assignments of Central and State Government Departments prompted incorporation of “SRI DURGA CONSTRUCTION” to a Private Limited Company renamed as “SRI DURGA CONDEV PVT. LTD.” (SDCPL) since 12.05.2000 and has been able to achieve fabulous growth in caliber and quality in performing contract assignments.

We have our own central units of mega workshop facilities well equipped with modest equipments and machineries for repair maintenance of construction equipments, vast stores and spares parts section, legal and financial consultancies cell, well furnished planning and design wing, to cater to the needs of owned infrastructures and various contract assignments in hand. Further to the above, we have an Engineering College “DRIEMS” a pioneer Engineering Institute of the State, which has been functioning with rapport and has been providing adequate technical guidance’s for innovative approaches to the advanced technologies in respect of planning, design and executions of turnkey packages. Besides we have one Real Tech unit namely “PADMA REALTECH ” & have hospitality unit namely “PADMA GROUP OF HOTELS” Auto mobile dealer ship unit namely “PADMA MOTORS PVT. LTD.” and a HPCL retail outlet namely “MAA DURGA FILLING STATION PVT. LTD.” We have our own concern “DEVIDURGA ENGINEERING AND CONSULTANCY” a registered Firm in possession of an unit of expert and experienced technocrats equipped with latest survey equipments, furnished designing and drawing section. A well equipped Quality Control Laboratory has been functioning with full proof provisions for various tests defined for quality assurance.
